Summary
The project involves the installation of a weather station approximately 32 km south of Nemaska to improve access to reliable climate data. Due to climate change, weather conditions have become unpredictable and pose risks to land users. The project calls for the installation of compact equipment (25 m × 25 m), including, among other things, a rain gauge and an instrumented tripod, with no significant clearing and no permanent infrastructure. The station will be maintained periodically and will have a minimum lifespan of ten years, after which it will be dismantled and recycled.
