Summary
The James Bay Development Corporation wishes to develop a local quarry at km 254.4 of the James Bay road. As part of the same project, a mobile asphalt concrete plant will also be installed within the quarry site of km 254.4. This quarry will provide the required materials for the following purposes:
- Adjusting the shoulders
- Widening of the pavement platform in some places
- Crushed and stabilizing stone for culvert replacement and corrective work on some existing structures
- Aggregate production for on-site production of bituminous mix for paving work
