Summary

Wallbridge Mining Company wishes to proceed with development work on the Fenelon deposit. The project first plans the dewatering and dry maintenance of the pit, ramp and sites developed in the past. Then, the project plans to take a bulk sample between 30,000 and 35,000 mt. The project provides for the use of existing equipment on the site. However, a new sedimentation basin with a capacity of 518 m3 will be developed to dewater the mine. The time required to dewater the mine is estimated at 86 days. For bulk sampling, there will be no long term storage of the ore. The mined ore will be trucked to the Camflo plant in Val-d’Or for processing. Underground development will create waste rock, but it will be used for stabilization purposes. No sterile material will be stored on the surface.
